  • Sessions can take place in one of two PRIVATE GYM metro area locations – either St. Louis Park or Stillwater, Minnesota

    We can also train via Zoom!

  • All training sessions are 1-to-1 and are one hour in length. We’ll start with a brief check-in, a few corrective exercises, and some dynamic warm-ups, and then cycle through your personalized workout program. Each session is different based on your progress!

  • The majority of my clients come to me with injuries. We work to ensure that you feel safe and are working towards correcting the issues at hand. When we do a free consultation we can determine if I’d be a good fit or if we should refer you to other health practitioners that I trust.
